- Bathroom toilets, basins, baths, showers, mirrors and floors.
- Dusting accessible shelves and window sills, plus wiping handles, switches and railings.
- Vacuuming and mopping accessible floors across bedrooms and living areas.
- A final walkthrough or photo update against the agreed checklist before handover.
Confirm appliance interiors, empty cupboard interiors and any landlord or buyer checklist when requesting a quote, so the included tasks are clear. Cleaning does not guarantee a deposit refund or inspection outcome.
How your quote is calculated
Move-in and move-out cleaning starts at CAD $300 in our pricing guide. Your quote depends on property size, condition, access and the agreed checklist. Labour and supplies are included, and we confirm the total before booking.
Before we arrive
- Share the move date, key handover deadline, home size and whether the property will be empty.
- Arrange working water and electricity, property access and any condo elevator or parking bookings.
- Remove belongings and flag appliance interiors or other specific tasks before the price is confirmed.

Should I book before or after the movers?
For moving out, after the movers is usually more practical. For moving in, plan the clean before furniture arrives where possible. Share both your moving schedule and handover deadline.
Are appliance and cupboard interiors included?
List the interiors you want cleaned when you request a quote. We confirm those tasks in the agreed scope before booking; do not assume every interior is included in the starting price.
Can you guarantee my deposit will be returned?
No. We clean to the agreed checklist, but deposit and inspection decisions depend on your agreement and the property's overall condition.
