A deep clean suits a home with accumulated dirt, a seasonal reset, or a first visit before regular upkeep. Tell us which areas need attention so we can agree on the work before arrival. For construction dust after a renovation, ask about our separate post-renovation service.
What's included
- The regular checklist for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, including vacuuming and mopping.
- Extra attention to the stovetop and range hood interior, beyond the usual exterior wipe-down.
- Cleaning the fridge inside and out, with access and preparation agreed in advance.
- Detailed bathroom cleaning, including attention to surface mould and accumulated residue.
- A final checklist review with you, or photos when you are away.
Describe problem areas and share photos when requesting a quote. Cleaning visible surface marks is not a repair for leaks, damaged materials or an underlying mould problem; any work beyond the agreed cleaning checklist needs separate assessment.
How your quote is calculated
The published deep-clean add-on starts at CAD $90 on top of the home-cleaning price. It is not a $90 whole-home clean. The total depends on home size, buildup and the agreed scope; labour and supplies are included and the final amount is confirmed before booking.
Before we arrive
- Point out heavy grease, bathroom buildup and the appliances you want cleaned.
- Arrange to empty the fridge before its interior is cleaned and clear access to agreed work areas.
- Let us know the home size, current condition and any delicate surfaces or product preferences.
